My name is James Thrupp, and I am the founder and creator of Short Reflections.

What began as a collection of poetry exploring the darker parts of the human experience has grown into a wider creative universe.

Short Reflections brings these ideas together through poetry, books, music, visual art, design and physical collections. Each medium offers another way to explore the same themes, allowing ideas to move beyond the page and take on new forms.

At its heart, Short Reflections is about reflection, creativity and the many different ways we experience the world.
